Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Manual QA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manual testing methodologies and a strong understanding of software development lifecycles. As a Senior Manual QA, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and defect tracking.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute manual test cases based on functional and technical specifications.
2. Participate in the planning and design of test strategies and test plans.
3. Conduct thorough and comprehensive testing of software applications, identifying and documenting defects and issues.
4. Collaborate with developers and product owners to ensure clear understanding of requirements and specifications.
5. Continuously improve and streamline the manual testing processes and methodologies.
6. Analyze and report test results to stakeholders, including identifying and communicating potential risks or issues.
Skills & Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in manual testing.
3. Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycles.
4. Knowledge of different testing techniques and methodologies.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
